Session times:

For sessions meeting in Lossiemouth:
Full day sessions are 9.30am – 4.30pm
Half day sessions are either 9.30am – 12.30pm or 1.30pm – 4.30pm

What to Bring:
Generally participants will need to wear loose clothing – tracksuit bottoms, fleeces, t-shirts and jumpers are ideal. Trainers are probably the most suitable footwear.
Be aware that the clothing and footwear may get very dirty, muddy, wet or damaged.
It is worth making sure you have a spare set of clothing to change into after the activity
Please do not wear jeans out on activities as they become cold, uncomfortable and heavy when wet and take a long time to dry.
A waterproof jacket and trousers are also recommended.
If you are taking part in a water activity then a large towel and swimming costume will be needed. Outfit-Moray recommends the use of sun-cream to protect against the sun’s harmful effects.
