Donald Peace who is a British Surf Association Instructor will be running a number of sessions for beginners in April, May and June.

Programme

4 or 5 progressive sessions designed for beginners covering

• catching waves lying on the board
  
• catching waves safely
  
• popping up and standing on the board to ride the waves
  
• turning the board
  
• riding the face of a wave
  
• beach safety
  
• surfing etiquette.

Programme one 9 - 12 year olds (4 sessions)

• Monday 17th May

Cost

The cost of the programme (4 sessions) will be £48. This must be paid in advance before the start of the programme.

Programme two 13 - 15 year olds(5 sessions)

• Monday 24th May
• Monday 7th June
  
• Monday 14th June
  
• Monday 21st June
  
• Monday 28th June
  

All sessions start at 5.30 pm. and finish at 7.45 pm.

Cost

The cost of the programme (5 sessions) will be £60. This must be paid in advance before the start of the programme.

Meeting point

All sessions will start from the East Beach car park in Lossiemouth (diagonally opposite the wooden bridge).

The programme will not run if there are fewer that 5 people. The maximum number will be 8.
